Process

Step 1 – Arrival & Introduction

The appointment is confirmed and the service is introduced.

Step 2 – Fit & Size Selection

The client selects a preferred size and fit from the current MYS shirt range.

Fit options are demonstrated using sample shirts.

Step 3 – Fabric Selection

The fabric selection book is presented, and the client chooses from the available fabric tiers.

Step 4 – Styling Choices

Selection of:

●       Collar style

●       Cuff style

●       Placket and design details

Step 5 – Button & Embroidery Selection (Optional)

Buttons and optional embroidery are selected.

Step 6 – Review & Confirmation

All choices are reviewed and confirmed, including size, fit, fabric, and styling details.

Step 7 – Deposit Payment

A 50% Deposit is collected to start production process.

Step 8 – Production & Delivery

A custom pattern is created and the shirt enters production.

The order is completed and delivered within the agreed lead time.

Step 10 – Balance Payment

The remaining balance is settled upon delivery and customer satisfaction.
