Arrival & Introduction
A dedicated tailor arrives at the agreed location, confirms the appointment, and introduces the service.
Setup
Measurement tools, fabric books, collar and cuff samples, button options, and embroidery samples are laid out.
Consultation
The tailor discusses the occasion, fit preferences, comfort requirements, and style details such as collar, cuffs, placket, and finishing.
Professional Measurement Taking
Comprehensive body measurements are taken, including posture and balance, noting asymmetries or special requirements. Measurements are interpreted by the tailor, not taken mechanically.
Fabric Selection
The tailor presents suitable fabric options and guides the client based on lifestyle, seasonality, and usage.
Styling Decisions
Selection of collar style, cuff style, and placket style.
Button & Embroidery Selection (optional)
Buttons and optional embroidery details are selected to complement the shirt.
Review & Confirmation
All measurements, fabrics, and styling choices are reviewed and confirmed with the client.
Deposit Payment
A 50% deposit is collected to start the production process.
Production & Delivery
A custom pattern is created, the shirt enters production, and the order is delivered within the agreed lead time.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance is settled upon delivery and customer satisfaction.
