Process

Step 1 – Arrival & Introduction

A dedicated tailor arrives at the agreed location, confirms the appointment, and introduces the service.

Step 2 – Setup

Measurement tools, fabric books, collar and cuff samples, button options, and embroidery samples are carefully laid out.

Step 3 – Consultation

The tailor discusses:

●       The occasion and intended use of the shirt

●       Fit preferences and comfort requirements

●       Style details such as collar, cuffs, placket, and finishing

Step 4 – Professional Measurement Taking

The tailor takes comprehensive body measurements, including posture and balance, noting any asymmetries or special requirements.

These measurements are raised and interpreted by the tailor, not taken mechanically.

Step 5 – Fabric Selection

The tailor presents suitable fabric options and guides the client based on lifestyle, seasonality, and usage.

Step 6 – Styling Decisions

Selection of:

●       Collar style

●       Cuff style

●       Placket style

Step 7 – Button & Embroidery Selection (Optional)

Buttons and optional embroidery details are selected to complement the shirt.

Step 8 – Review & Confirmation

All measurements, fabrics, and styling choices are reviewed and confirmed with the client.

Step 9 – Deposit Payment

A 50% Deposit is collected to start production process.

Step 10 – Production & Delivery

A custom pattern is created and the shirt enters production.

The order is completed and delivered within the agreed lead time.

Step 11 – Balance Payment

The remaining balance is settled upon delivery and customer satisfaction.
